Setup guide
IBOXX Player on your Fire TV Stick 4K, step by step
To get IBOXX Player on your Fire TV Stick 4K, install it from the Amazon Appstore (or Downloader, if it is not listed), open it, and sign in with the details Ultra 8K IPTV sends on WhatsApp. Budget five to ten minutes, most of it typing with the remote.
- No contract
- 7-day refund
- Login in ~60s

IBOXX Player is a paid app; its activation fee goes to the developer, separately from your IPTV plan. The Fire TV Stick 4K decodes 4K, so 4K feeds play at full resolution on a 4K screen. Plans are prepaid and never auto-renew, and you have 7 days to ask for your money back.
Before you start
- IBOXX Player's MAC address and device key, which it shows on its start screen
- Developer options visible on the Fire TV (About > select the device name seven times)
- Budget 10 Mbps per HD screen and 25 Mbps per 4K screen, then add headroom for everyone else online
- A faster way to type: the Fire TV app on your phone has a keyboard
The setup, in order
- Choose a plan on the pricing page and order on WhatsApp; your server URL, username and password arrive in about 60 seconds.
- On the Fire TV Stick 4K, open Settings > My Fire TV > About and select the device name seven times. Developer options appears in the menu; you need it only if IBOXX Player has to come through Downloader.
- Search for IBOXX Player from the Fire TV home screen. If the Amazon Appstore doesn't list it, install the free Downloader app, allow it to install unknown apps, and enter the download address published by the IBOXX Player developer.
- Open IBOXX Player on the TV and write down the MAC address and device key it shows on the start screen.
- On the IBOXX Player website, enter that MAC and device key, add your playlist (M3U link or Xtream details), then restart the app on the TV.
- Let IBOXX Player download the channel list and guide (a minute or two the first time), then add your regular channels to favorites.
The first time you open it
After you add the playlist online and restart IBOXX Player, the TV shows your playlist name and starts loading channels. The first load on TV hardware can take a couple of minutes; after that, live TV, movies and series open from the home screen.
Troubleshooting
- Playlist missing after you added it online: confirm the MAC on the website matches the one on screen, then restart IBOXX Player.
- Channels but no guide: refresh the EPG in IBOXX Player's settings, or give it a few minutes after the first sign-in.
- Picture but no sound: set the Fire TV Stick 4K's audio output to stereo or PCM; some soundbars refuse surround passthrough from IPTV feeds.
- IBOXX Player closes on its own: clear its cache, restart the Fire TV Stick 4K, and reinstall if it keeps happening.
Small tweaks, smoother playback
- An Ethernet adapter is the biggest single upgrade for a stick on weak Wi-Fi.
- Close apps you are not using; sticks have limited memory.
- Clear the player's cache from the system app settings if the guide starts lagging.
- Playlist name: give it a clear name on the website so you can tell playlists apart.
