The first time you open it
After you add the playlist online and restart IBOXX Player, the TV shows your playlist name and starts loading channels. The first load on TV hardware can take a couple of minutes; after that, live TV, movies and series open from the home screen.
Common problems and fixes
- Playlist missing after you added it online: confirm the MAC on the website matches the one on screen, then restart IBOXX Player.
- Guide off by an hour or more: check the Fire TV Stick's time zone first, then the EPG offset in IBOXX Player.
- Buffering on sports only: run a speed test on the Fire TV Stick. Below about 25 Mbps, use the HD version of the channel.
- Picture but no sound: set the Fire TV Stick's audio output to stereo or PCM; some soundbars refuse surround passthrough from IPTV feeds.

- An Ethernet adapter is the biggest single upgrade for a stick on weak Wi-Fi.
