Setting up IBO Player on the Fire TV Stick
To get IBO Player on your Fire TV Stick, install it from the Amazon Appstore (or Downloader, if it is not listed), open it, and sign in with the details Ultra 8K IPTV sends on WhatsApp. Budget five to ten minutes, most of it typing with the remote.
- No contract
- 7-day refund
- Login in ~60s

IBO Player is a paid app; its fee goes to the developer, separately from your IPTV plan. The Fire TV Stick outputs up to 1080p, so the HD version of each channel is the one to pick; a 4K feed only spends bandwidth here. Prepaid means no renewal surprises, and the 7-day money-back guarantee means the first week carries no risk.
Before you start
- The MAC address IBO Player shows in its settings, to send with your order
- Developer options visible on the Fire TV (About > select the device name seven times)
- Plan on about 10 Mbps for each HD stream and 25 Mbps for each 4K stream
- A faster way to type: the Fire TV app on your phone has a keyboard
The setup, in order
- Choose a plan on the pricing page and order on WhatsApp; your server URL, username and password arrive in about 60 seconds.
- On the Fire TV Stick, open Settings > My Fire TV > About and select the device name seven times. Developer options appears in the menu; you need it only if IBO Player has to come through Downloader.
- Search for IBO Player from the Fire TV home screen. If the Amazon Appstore doesn't list it, install the free Downloader app, allow it to install unknown apps, and enter the download address published by the IBO Player developer.
- Find the MAC address in IBO Player's profile settings and send it to us on WhatsApp so it can be registered.
- Paste the portal URL we reply with into IBO Player's portal settings and restart the app.
- Give the first sync a couple of minutes, then hide the groups you never use and favorite the rest.
Tune it for the Fire TV Stick
- Close apps you are not using; sticks have limited memory.
- An Ethernet adapter is the biggest single upgrade for a stick on weak Wi-Fi.
- Clear the player's cache from the system app settings if the guide starts lagging.
- Portal URL: leave it exactly as sent, including any trailing /c/.
What you'll see on first launch
IBO Player loads the portal on start. Expect a menu with live TV, video on demand and settings tiles, much like a MAG box. The channel list arrives first, the guide shortly after.
If IBO Player won't cooperate
- "Portal not found" or a blank screen: check the URL, including any trailing /c/, and confirm the MAC was registered.
- IBO Player closes on its own: clear its cache, restart the Fire TV Stick, and reinstall if it keeps happening.
- Guide off by an hour or more: check the Fire TV Stick's time zone first, then the EPG offset in IBO Player.
- Picture but no sound: set the Fire TV Stick's audio output to stereo or PCM; some soundbars refuse surround passthrough from IPTV feeds.
