The setup, in order

After you sign in

Common problems and fixes
- "Portal not found" or a blank screen: check the URL, including any trailing /c/, and confirm the MAC was registered.
- Channels but no guide: refresh the EPG in IBO Player's settings, or give it a few minutes after the first sign-in.
- Guide off by an hour or more: check the LG Smart TV's time zone first, then the EPG offset in IBO Player.
- Buffering on sports only: run a speed test on the LG Smart TV. Below about 25 Mbps, use the HD version of the channel.
Tune it for the LG Smart TV
- Switch the picture mode to Standard or Sports for live games; Vivid looks harsh on compressed feeds.
- Install TV software updates; the app store serves builds matched to your firmware.
- Turn off motion smoothing if faces look plastic; leave it on for sports if you like the effect.
