Setup guide
Get IBO Player running on your Android tablet
To get IBO Player on your Android tablet, install it from Google Play, open it, and sign in with the details Ultra 8K IPTV sends on WhatsApp. Budget five to ten minutes, most of it waiting for the channel list to load.
- No contract
- 7-day refund
- Login in ~60s

IBO Player is a paid app; its fee goes to the developer, separately from your IPTV plan. Resolution depends on the screen: HD is plenty on a phone or laptop, and 4K is worth it only on a 4K monitor or TV. Ordering happens on WhatsApp, and the login usually lands in the chat within about 60 seconds.
Prep, in four lines
- The MAC address IBO Player shows in its settings, to send with your order
- Enough free space for the app and its guide data
- Plan on about 10 Mbps for each HD stream and 25 Mbps for each 4K stream
Installing IBO Player
- Order on WhatsApp from the buy page. Your login details come back in the same chat, usually within a minute.
- Install IBO Player from Google Play on your Android tablet.
- Find the MAC address in IBO Player's profile settings and send it to us on WhatsApp so it can be registered.
- Paste the portal URL we reply with into IBO Player's portal settings and restart the app.
- Give the first sync a couple of minutes, then hide the groups you never use and favorite the rest.
What you'll see on first launch
IBO Player loads the portal on start. Expect a menu with live TV, video on demand and settings tiles, much like a MAG box. The channel list arrives first, the guide shortly after.
Settings that help on the Android tablet
- Stay on Wi-Fi for long sessions: HD uses roughly 3 GB an hour, 4K far more.
- Turn off battery saver while watching; it can throttle video playback.
- Lock rotation to landscape so the picture doesn't flip when you shift on the couch.
- Portal URL: leave it exactly as sent, including any trailing /c/.
If IBO Player won't cooperate
- "Portal not found" or a blank screen: check the URL, including any trailing /c/, and confirm the MAC was registered.
- IBO Player closes on its own: clear its cache, restart the Android tablet, and reinstall if it keeps happening.
- Picture but no sound: set the Android tablet's audio output to stereo or PCM; some soundbars refuse surround passthrough from IPTV feeds.
- Channels but no guide: refresh the EPG in IBO Player's settings, or give it a few minutes after the first sign-in.
