Setup guide
Get IBO Player running on your Fire TV Cube
To get IBO Player on your Fire TV Cube, install it from the Amazon Appstore (or Downloader, if it is not listed), open it, and sign in with the details Ultra 8K IPTV sends on WhatsApp. Budget five to ten minutes, most of it typing with the remote.
- No contract
- 7-day refund
- Login in ~60s

IBO Player is a paid app; its fee goes to the developer, separately from your IPTV plan. 4K is no problem for the Fire TV Cube; give it a 25 Mbps connection and a 4K TV and the sharper feeds hold up. Ordering happens on WhatsApp, and the login usually lands in the chat within about 60 seconds.
Have these ready
- The MAC address IBO Player shows in its settings, to send with your order
- Developer options visible on the Fire TV (About > select the device name seven times)
- Budget 10 Mbps per HD screen and 25 Mbps per 4K screen, then add headroom for everyone else online
- A faster way to type: the Fire TV app on your phone has a keyboard
Step by step: IBO Player on the Fire TV Cube
- Choose a plan on the pricing page and order on WhatsApp; your server URL, username and password arrive in about 60 seconds.
- On the Fire TV Cube, open Settings > My Fire TV > About and select the device name seven times. Developer options appears in the menu; you need it only if IBO Player has to come through Downloader.
- Look for IBO Player in the Amazon Appstore first. No listing? Open Downloader, type the developer's official download address, install the file, and let Downloader delete the leftover APK to save space.
- Find the MAC address in IBO Player's profile settings and send it to us on WhatsApp so it can be registered.
- Paste the portal URL we reply with into IBO Player's portal settings and restart the app.
- Let IBO Player download the channel list and guide (a minute or two the first time), then add your regular channels to favorites.
After you sign in
IBO Player loads the portal on start. Expect a menu with live TV, video on demand and settings tiles, much like a MAG box. The channel list arrives first, the guide shortly after.
If IBO Player won't cooperate
- "Portal not found" or a blank screen: check the URL, including any trailing /c/, and confirm the MAC was registered.
- Buffering on sports only: run a speed test on the Fire TV Cube. Below about 25 Mbps, use the HD version of the channel.
- Picture but no sound: set the Fire TV Cube's audio output to stereo or PCM; some soundbars refuse surround passthrough from IPTV feeds.
- Guide off by an hour or more: check the Fire TV Cube's time zone first, then the EPG offset in IBO Player.
Small tweaks, smoother playback
- Use the Ethernet port if your box has one.
- Leave the box on standby rather than unplugging it, so the guide stays fresh.
- Set the output resolution to match the TV; a 4K signal on a 1080p TV just adds work.
- Portal URL: leave it exactly as sent, including any trailing /c/.
