BBC World News viewing tips
- Election nights and major events pull heavy traffic; a wired connection keeps the picture steady.

- The guide lists program titles, so you can jump straight to a specific show.
- Restart the player after a long session if the guide stops scrolling smoothly.
What you'll see on screen
Your player opens on a channel list split by category. Open News and BBC World News is in there, or use search. Highlight it and the guide fills in the current show, its end time and the next program. Add it to favorites once and it stays at the top of your list from then on.
From order to BBC World News in three steps
Order first: the WhatsApp message with your login comes back in roughly 60 seconds. Next, install a player on the screen you watch most. Then type in the server URL, username and password exactly as sent. The list loads in a minute or two, and BBC World News is a search away.
Next to BBC World News in the guide
If BBC World News is on your list, CNN, Newsmax, Fox Business, and LiveNOW from Fox probably belong there too. Every Ultra 8K IPTV plan carries them at no extra cost.
Troubleshooting BBC World News
- Sound but no picture: switch the player's decoder between hardware and software in its settings.
- Spinning wheel, then nothing: switch to another channel and back. If others play and BBC World News doesn't, refresh the playlist from the player settings.
- Plays for a minute, then freezes: run a speed test on the TV itself. Under about 25 Mbps, choose the HD version of the channel instead of 4K.
