What you'll see on screen
Your player opens on a channel list split by category. Open News and CNN is in there, or use search. Highlight it and the guide fills in the current show, its end time and the next program. Add it to favorites once and it stays at the top of your list from then on.
Getting more out of CNN
- The guide lists program titles, so you can jump straight to a specific show.
- Election nights and major events pull heavy traffic; a wired connection keeps the picture steady.
- Group two or three news channels in favorites so you can compare coverage during a big story.
- Restart the player after a long session if the guide stops scrolling smoothly.
Up and running in about five minutes
Pick a plan on the pricing page and order on WhatsApp; the login arrives in about 60 seconds. Install a player such as TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro (on Samsung and LG TVs, an app like IBO Player). Enter the server URL, username and password, and CNN shows up with the rest of the News group.
Troubleshooting CNN
- Spinning wheel, then nothing: switch to another channel and back. If others play and CNN doesn't, refresh the playlist from the player settings.
- Wrong program in the guide: check the device's time zone, then the EPG offset setting in the player.
- "Authorization failed": re-enter the login exactly as sent, including http:// and the port in the server URL.
Next to CNN in the guide
Same login, same group: CNN International, Fox News, Bloomberg TV, and Cheddar News. Nothing in the Ultra 8K IPTV lineup is sold separately, so add whichever you like to favorites.
