Troubleshooting
- "Invalid credentials": retype the server URL with http:// and the port, and check capital letters; the username and password are case-sensitive.
- Channels but no guide: refresh the EPG in TiviMate's settings, or give it a few minutes after the first sign-in.
- TiviMate closes on its own: clear its cache, restart the TCL Google TV, and reinstall if it keeps happening.
- Guide off by an hour or more: check the TCL Google TV's time zone first, then the EPG offset in TiviMate.
Small tweaks, smoother playback
- Switch the picture mode to Standard or Sports for live games; Vivid looks harsh on compressed feeds.
- Use the TV's Ethernet port when the router is close.
- Install TV software updates; the app store serves builds matched to your firmware.
- Parental lock: set a PIN and lock adult categories.
