Ryder Cup is played every two years (Sep), so each edition is a short, intense window. A full year is $125, prepaid. If it doesn't suit you, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies, and because plans are prepaid there's nothing to cancel later.

Where Ryder Cup airs

For Ryder Cup, keep NBC, USA Network, and Golf Channel within reach. Broadcast rights shift between seasons and some rounds stream only on the rights holder's own app, so check the guide on the day of each round.

Ryder Cup at a glance

  • Season: Sep (biennial)
  • Format: rounds and events, no home market to worry about
  • Channels to favorite: NBC, USA Network, and Golf Channel
  • Picture: up to 4K at 60fps where the broadcaster sends it
  • Replays: catch-up up to 7 days back, plus full replays on demand
  • Cost: included in every plan, from $10.42/month

What makes golf look right

Picture problems in Ryder Cup usually come from the home network, not the feed. Streams run through the Anti-Freeze v10.0 Ultra 8K engine with a 99.99% uptime target, so if a ball climbing against a bright sky looks choppy, check Wi-Fi first: a cable or a 5 GHz connection fixes most of it.

Before the first tee time: a short checklist

  • Run a speed test on that device: about 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K.
  • Sign in on the TV you will actually watch on and open the Sports group once, so the list is loaded before you need it.
  • Add the Ryder Cup channels to favorites so you aren't scrolling when the round starts.
  • Plug in Ethernet if the router is in reach; Wi-Fi is the usual reason a stream stutters.
  • Set the player's buffer to a medium value, about 2 to 3 seconds, if it has the option.
