NBC at a glance

  • Where to find it: the Local & Broadcast group in your channel list
  • Network family: NBCUniversal
  • Resolution: HD by default, with 4K versions where the source exists
  • TV guide: program titles and times, with EPG coverage across roughly 99% of the lineup
  • Catch-up: up to 7 days back where the channel supports it
  • Cost: included in all 4 plans, no add-on

Finding NBC in your player

Your player opens on a channel list split by category. Open Local & Broadcast and NBC is in there, or use search. Highlight it and the guide fills in the current show, its end time and the next program. Add it to favorites once and it stays at the top of your list from then on.

NBC viewing tips

  • If the group lists more than one market, choose the city whose local news you want.
  • Prime time shifts with time zones; check whether the feed you picked runs on Eastern or Pacific time.
  • Network feeds carry the year's largest live events, so favorite them before the big nights.
  • If two versions of the channel are listed, test both once and favorite the steadier one.

From order to NBC in three steps

Pick a plan on the pricing page and order on WhatsApp; the login arrives in about 60 seconds. Install a player such as TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro (on Samsung and LG TVs, an app like IBO Player). Enter the server URL, username and password, and NBC shows up with the rest of the Local & Broadcast group.

Quick fixes for common problems

  • Plays for a minute, then freezes: run a speed test on the TV itself. Under about 25 Mbps, choose the HD version of the channel instead of 4K.
  • Sound but no picture: switch the player's decoder between hardware and software in its settings.
  • "Authorization failed": re-enter the login exactly as sent, including http:// and the port in the server URL.

More in Local & Broadcast

MyNetworkTV, Univision, ABC, and FOX sit in the same local & broadcast group, and all of them come with the same Ultra 8K IPTV plan. The group page lists the rest.

Questions people ask us

Not covered here? Send it on WhatsApp and a person on the support desk will answer, any hour of the day.

Is NBC included in every Ultra 8K IPTV plan?

Yes. All 4 plans carry NBC along with the rest of the 35,000+ channels. Nothing is priced channel by channel, so there's no add-on to buy.

What internet speed does NBC need?

Budget 10 Mbps per HD screen and 25 Mbps per 4K screen, then add headroom for everyone else online. Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi keeps the picture steady when the rest of the house is online.

How fast can I be watching NBC after I order?

Usually within ten minutes. WhatsApp delivers the login in about 60 seconds; installing a player and signing in takes the rest.

Can I watch NBC on my phone away from home?

Yes. Install the same player on your phone and sign in with the same details. Up to 3 screens can play at once on one plan; on the 12-month length, two screens cost $200 in total instead of $125.

Can I watch NBC on a TV without a cable box?

Yes. Any device that runs an IPTV player will do: Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Apple TV, smart TVs from Samsung and LG, phones and computers. Roku is the odd one out because it can't install Android apps, so Roku owners usually mirror from a phone or add a streaming stick.
