The setup, in order

  • Open the LG Content Store (labeled Apps on recent webOS versions), search for Smarters Player Lite and install it.
  • In Smarters Player Lite, pick the Xtream Codes or XC API option, then type the server URL, username and password from your WhatsApp message. All three are case-sensitive.
  • Open the Sports group and add FOX and Fox Sports 1 to favorites.
  • Play one of those channels for a few minutes well before the green flag to confirm the picture is steady.

Tips for IndyCar day

  • Cars at full speed smear on a low frame rate; a 60fps feed keeps them crisp.
  • International rounds often start early in the morning US time; catch-up lets you watch from the start later.
