How to watch

4K is no problem for the Formuler Z11 Pro Max; give it a 25 Mbps connection and a 4K TV and the sharper feeds hold up. For tennis, frame rate matters as much as resolution. If it doesn't suit you, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies, and because plans are prepaid there's nothing to cancel later.

The short list

  • Player: MYTVOnline 2 (free)
  • A 25 Mbps line handles one 4K stream comfortably; HD needs roughly 10 Mbps per screen
  • Channels to favorite: Tennis Channel
  • Plan: from $10.42/month on the 12-month plan, or $24.99 for one month
  • Time: about five minutes, ideally the day before

Set up before the first serve

  • Pick a plan length, send the order on WhatsApp, and keep the reply open: it holds the server URL, username and password.
  • MYTVOnline 2 comes preinstalled on Formuler boxes; open it from the home screen and accept any update it offers.
  • In MYTVOnline 2, add a new portal or playlist, enter the details from your WhatsApp message, and let it load the channel list.
  • Open the Sports group and add Tennis Channel to favorites.
  • Play one of those channels for a few minutes well before the first serve to confirm the picture is steady.

Tips for ATP day

  • A serve crosses the court in under a second, so choose the 60fps feed when you have the option.
  • Matches have no fixed end time; recordings need generous padding.
  • Grand Slam days spread across several courts and channels; favorite them all at the start of the tournament.
  • Overseas tournaments air overnight in the US, and catch-up absorbs the time difference.

Picture settings that matter

Formuler boxes have frame-rate and output options in their display settings; match the output to your TV, use the Ethernet port, and a serve that crosses the court in well under a second stays clean.

Quick fixes mid-game

  • Run a speed test on the Formuler Z11 Pro Max. Under 25 Mbps, stick with HD for ATP.
  • Move to Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi before the next one.
  • Restart the player at a break in play; it clears most freezes in under a minute.
