Troubleshooting
- "Invalid credentials": retype the server URL with http:// and the port, and check capital letters; the username and password are case-sensitive.
- Sparkle TV closes on its own: clear its cache, restart the TiVo Stream 4K, and reinstall if it keeps happening.
- Picture but no sound: set the TiVo Stream 4K's audio output to stereo or PCM; some soundbars refuse surround passthrough from IPTV feeds.
- Guide off by an hour or more: check the TiVo Stream 4K's time zone first, then the EPG offset in Sparkle TV.
