Setup guide
Get Perfect Player running on your Fire TV Cube
Short version: install Perfect Player, sign in with your Ultra 8K IPTV details, and let it load. The steps below cover the parts specific to the Fire TV Cube, from where to find the app to the settings that keep 4K feeds smooth.
- No contract
- 7-day refund
- Login in ~60s

Perfect Player is free to download. The Fire TV Cube decodes 4K, so 4K feeds play at full resolution on a 4K screen. Plans are prepaid and never auto-renew, and you have 7 days to ask for your money back.
Prep, in four lines
- Your M3U playlist link, plus the XMLTV guide link
- Developer options visible on the Fire TV (About > select the device name seven times)
- Plan on about 10 Mbps for each HD stream and 25 Mbps for each 4K stream
- A faster way to type: the Fire TV app on your phone has a keyboard
The setup, in order
- Choose a plan on the pricing page and order on WhatsApp; your server URL, username and password arrive in about 60 seconds.
- On the Fire TV Cube, open Settings > My Fire TV > About and select the device name seven times. Developer options appears in the menu; you need it only if Perfect Player has to come through Downloader.
- Search for Perfect Player from the Fire TV home screen. If the Amazon Appstore doesn't list it, install the free Downloader app, allow it to install unknown apps, and enter the download address published by the Perfect Player developer.
- Add a new playlist in Perfect Player, paste the M3U link from your WhatsApp message, and add the XMLTV guide link if the app asks for one.
- Wait for the first load to finish, open a channel to test it, and star the ones you watch most.
The first time you open it
Expect a short wait on first sign-in while Perfect Player downloads the playlist and guide. Then you'll see channel groups by category and country; open one, highlight a channel, and the guide shows what's on now and next.
Tune it for the Fire TV Cube
- Use the Ethernet port if your box has one.
- Leave the box on standby rather than unplugging it, so the guide stays fresh.
- Turn on frame-rate matching in the box's display settings so 60fps sports don't judder.
- Decoder: start with hardware decoding; switch to software if a channel shows a black screen with sound.
Troubleshooting
- Playlist will not load: paste the M3U link again in full; one missing character at the end breaks it.
- Guide off by an hour or more: check the Fire TV Cube's time zone first, then the EPG offset in Perfect Player.
- Picture but no sound: set the Fire TV Cube's audio output to stereo or PCM; some soundbars refuse surround passthrough from IPTV feeds.
- Buffering on sports only: run a speed test on the Fire TV Cube. Below about 25 Mbps, use the HD version of the channel.
