Setup guide

MYTVOnline is free to download. The Formuler Z11 Pro Max decodes 4K, so 4K feeds play at full resolution on a 4K screen. Plans are prepaid and never auto-renew, and you have 7 days to ask for your money back.

Have these ready

  • Your login details from WhatsApp, ready to type into MYTVOnline
  • The Formuler box on its latest firmware
  • Plan on about 10 Mbps for each HD stream and 25 Mbps for each 4K stream

Installing MYTVOnline

  • Pick a plan length, send the order on WhatsApp, and keep the reply open: it holds the server URL, username and password.
  • MYTVOnline comes preinstalled on Formuler boxes; open it from the home screen and accept any update it offers.
  • In MYTVOnline, add a new portal or playlist, enter the details from your WhatsApp message, and let it load the channel list.
  • Wait for the first load to finish, open a channel to test it, and star the ones you watch most.

Tune it for the Formuler Z11 Pro Max

  • Use the box's Ethernet port.
  • Number keys on the remote jump straight to a channel position.
  • Restart the box after firmware updates before judging playback.
  • Hide groups: remove countries and categories you never watch to speed up scrolling.

The first time you open it

MYTVOnline opens on a channel grid with categories down the side. The guide fills in after the first download, and the on-demand sections load separately.

If MYTVOnline won't cooperate

  • Nothing loads: re-enter the portal or playlist details in MYTVOnline and restart the box.
  • MYTVOnline closes on its own: clear its cache, restart the Formuler Z11 Pro Max, and reinstall if it keeps happening.
  • Picture but no sound: set the Formuler Z11 Pro Max's audio output to stereo or PCM; some soundbars refuse surround passthrough from IPTV feeds.
  • Guide off by an hour or more: check the Formuler Z11 Pro Max's time zone first, then the EPG offset in MYTVOnline.
