Setup guide
Setting up HushPlay on the Fire TV Stick 4K
HushPlay runs on Amazon Fire OS, which makes it a natural fit for the Fire TV Stick 4K. Setup is install, sign in, wait for the list: about five minutes from start to your first channel with an Ultra 8K IPTV login.
- No contract
- 7-day refund
- Login in ~60s

HushPlay is a paid app; its fee goes to the developer, separately from your IPTV plan. The Fire TV Stick 4K decodes 4K, so 4K feeds play at full resolution on a 4K screen. There's no contract and no card on file waiting to be charged again: plans are prepaid, with a 7-day refund window.
Have these ready
- Your login from WhatsApp: server URL (with port), username and password
- Developer options visible on the Fire TV (About > select the device name seven times)
- Plan on about 10 Mbps for each HD stream and 25 Mbps for each 4K stream
- A faster way to type: the Fire TV app on your phone has a keyboard
Step by step: HushPlay on the Fire TV Stick 4K
- Order on WhatsApp from the buy page. Your login details come back in the same chat, usually within a minute.
- On the Fire TV Stick 4K, open Settings > My Fire TV > About and select the device name seven times. Developer options appears in the menu; you need it only if HushPlay has to come through Downloader.
- Search for HushPlay from the Fire TV home screen. If the Amazon Appstore doesn't list it, install the free Downloader app, allow it to install unknown apps, and enter the download address published by the HushPlay developer.
- In HushPlay, pick the Xtream Codes or XC API option, then type the server URL, username and password from your WhatsApp message. All three are case-sensitive.
- Wait for the first load to finish, open a channel to test it, and star the ones you watch most.
After you sign in
The first launch is the busy one: HushPlay fetches thousands of channels, the movie and series catalogs, and guide data. Give it a minute or two, then start building favorites so later launches open straight to what you watch.
Common problems and fixes
- "Invalid credentials": retype the server URL with http:// and the port, and check capital letters; the username and password are case-sensitive.
- HushPlay closes on its own: clear its cache, restart the Fire TV Stick 4K, and reinstall if it keeps happening.
- Buffering on sports only: run a speed test on the Fire TV Stick 4K. Below about 25 Mbps, use the HD version of the channel.
- Picture but no sound: set the Fire TV Stick 4K's audio output to stereo or PCM; some soundbars refuse surround passthrough from IPTV feeds.
Settings that help on the Fire TV Stick 4K
- Clear the player's cache from the system app settings if the guide starts lagging.
- Close apps you are not using; sticks have limited memory.
- Use the HDMI extender that came in the box if the port is cramped; it helps Wi-Fi reception and heat.
- Favorites: build a list so the first screen shows the channels you actually use.
