Local guide

Most New Orleans homes have a line fast enough for 4K. If streams still stutter, the problem is usually Wi-Fi coverage rather than the connection itself. Plans are prepaid and never auto-renew, and you have 7 days to ask for your money back.

Getting set up in New Orleans

Choose a plan, message us on WhatsApp, and expect your login details in about a minute. Install a player on the TV you use most: TiviMate on a Fire TV or Android TV, IPTV Smarters Pro on Apple TV, or an app such as IBO Player on Samsung and LG TVs. Sign in, and the channel list loads in a minute or two.

New Orleans game nights

New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans play in New Orleans, and each page lists the channels that carry their games. National broadcasts are in the lineup, and regional sports networks sit in their own group.

Guide times in New Orleans

Guide times follow your device, not the broadcaster. In New Orleans, that means Central time. When a game listed for 8 p.m. shows at the wrong hour, the device time zone is the first thing to check, and the player's EPG offset setting is the second.

Speed and screens

  • One HD stream: about 10 Mbps
  • One 4K stream: about 25 Mbps
  • Two or three TVs: add each stream together, plus headroom for phones and laptops
  • Wi-Fi: 5 GHz near the TV, or Ethernet
  • A plan plays on one screen at a time as standard, and one order can cover up to 3 screens at once

Before you order

  • Decide which TV gets the main player and whether a stick or the built-in apps make more sense.
  • Run a speed test on the TV or stick itself, in the evening, when your area is busiest.
  • Check that the device clock is on Central time so the guide lines up.
  • Keep the 7-day money-back guarantee in mind: test on every TV you plan to use during the first week.
