Local guide

Outside the big metros, connection types vary more. Fiber and cable are fine for 4K, while DSL and fixed wireless are usually better suited to HD. Test the speed on the TV itself first. If it doesn't suit you, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies, and because plans are prepaid there's nothing to cancel later.

Before you order

  • Keep the 7-day money-back guarantee in mind: test on every TV you plan to use during the first week.
  • Decide which TV gets the main player and whether a stick or the built-in apps make more sense.
  • Run a speed test on the TV or stick itself, in the evening, when your area is busiest.
  • Note how many screens will play at once, since that sets the connection count you need.

Getting set up in Covington

Send your order on WhatsApp and the connection details for your device come back in roughly 60 seconds. Install a player on the TV you use most: TiviMate on a Fire TV or Android TV, IPTV Smarters Pro on Apple TV, or an app such as IBO Player on Samsung and LG TVs. Sign in, and the channel list loads in a minute or two.

Local sports

Louisville Cardinals, Kentucky Wildcats, Kentucky basketball, and Louisville basketball are the Kentucky teams with viewing guides, and each page lists the channels that carry their games. National broadcasts are in the lineup, and regional sports networks sit in their own group.

Speed and screens

  • One HD stream: about 10 Mbps
  • One 4K stream: about 25 Mbps
  • Two or three TVs: add each stream together, plus headroom for phones and laptops
  • Wi-Fi: 5 GHz near the TV, or Ethernet
  • A plan plays on one screen at a time as standard, and one order can cover up to 3 screens at once

Eastern time and your guide

Covington runs on Eastern time. Your player shows guide times by the device clock, so set the TV or stick to the Eastern zone (most pick it up from the network automatically). If listings still look off, change the EPG offset in the player rather than the clock.
