Local guide

In dense Chicago apartment buildings, the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band is crowded with neighbors' networks. Switch the TV or stick to 5 GHz, or run Ethernet, and most buffering disappears. Prepaid means no renewal surprises, and the 7-day money-back guarantee means the first week carries no risk.

From order to first channel

Send your order on WhatsApp and the connection details for your device come back in roughly 60 seconds. Install a player on the TV you use most: TiviMate on a Fire TV or Android TV, IPTV Smarters Pro on Apple TV, or an app such as IBO Player on Samsung and LG TVs. Sign in, and the channel list loads in a minute or two.

Bandwidth for your household

  • One HD stream: about 10 Mbps
  • One 4K stream: about 25 Mbps
  • Two or three TVs: add each stream together, plus headroom for phones and laptops
  • Wi-Fi: 5 GHz near the TV, or Ethernet
  • A plan plays on one screen at a time as standard, and one order can cover up to 3 screens at once

Local sports

Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls, Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, and Chicago Blackhawks play in Chicago, and each page lists the channels that carry their games. National broadcasts are in the lineup, and regional sports networks sit in their own group.

Central time and your guide

Set the device to Central time and the guide lines up with what's on air in Chicago. Catch-up helps with the rest: anything that aired earlier in another time zone, up to 7 days back on supported channels, can be played from the start.

Before you order

  • Check that the device clock is on Central time so the guide lines up.
  • Note how many screens will play at once, since that sets the connection count you need.
  • Keep the 7-day money-back guarantee in mind: test on every TV you plan to use during the first week.
  • Decide which TV gets the main player and whether a stick or the built-in apps make more sense.
