Tidying the channel list

The steps

  • Open the channel list. Go to Live TV in your player.
  • Hide unwanted groups. Use the group options to hide countries and categories you never watch.
  • Add favorites. Long-press OK on a channel and choose Add to favorites.
  • Reorder. Move your most-watched channels to the top of the favorites list.
  • Back up the setup. If the app offers a settings backup, save one so a reinstall doesn’t cost you the work.

Hiding versus deleting

You can’t delete channels from the provider’s list, but hiding does the same job on your screen. Hidden groups stay hidden until you unhide them in the same menu. The recently watched list is separate: clear it from the player’s settings, or by clearing the app’s cache.
