Shop LC is a shopping channel, built around live product shows and on-air deals. Send your order on WhatsApp and the connection details for your device come back in roughly 60 seconds. You pay once for the plan length you choose; nothing renews on its own, and you have 7 days to ask for a refund.

Shop LC at a glance

Where to find it: the Shopping group in your channel list
Picture: HD as standard, 4K on feeds where the broadcaster supplies it
Guide: now-and-next listings from an EPG that covers about 99% of channels
Catch-up: up to 7 days back where the channel supports it
Price: part of every plan, from $10.42/month on the yearly option

Getting more out of Shop LC

Shows rotate by category through the day, and the guide shows when yours is on.
Keep it out of the main favorites list if others share the TV.
Catch-up helps you find a product segment that aired earlier.
Restart the player after a long session if the guide stops scrolling smoothly.

Finding Shop LC in your player

Expect a grid: categories down the left, channels in the middle, guide data on the right. Shop LC lives in the Shopping category. Pin it to favorites and it appears on the first screen every time you open the app, ahead of the thousands of channels you'll never need to scroll past.

Getting Shop LC on your TV

Three steps. Order on WhatsApp and wait about a minute for the credentials. Put a player on your device: Fire TV and Android TV owners usually go with TiviMate, iPhone and Apple TV owners with IPTV Smarters Pro or GSE Smart IPTV. Sign in, let the channel list load, and open Shopping.

Same group, same login

Same login, same group: QVC, HSN, QVC2, and HSN2. Nothing in the Ultra 8K IPTV lineup is sold separately, so add whichever you like to favorites.

Troubleshooting Shop LC

"Authorization failed": re-enter the login exactly as sent, including http:// and the port in the server URL.
Sound but no picture: switch the player's decoder between hardware and software in its settings.
Plays for a minute, then freezes: run a speed test on the TV itself. Under about 25 Mbps, choose the HD version of the channel instead of 4K.

FAQ

Questions people ask us

Not covered here? Send it on WhatsApp and a person on the support desk will answer, any hour of the day.

Is Shop LC included in every Ultra 8K IPTV plan?

Yes. All 4 plans carry Shop LC along with the rest of the 35,000+ channels. Nothing is priced channel by channel, so there's no add-on to buy.

Can I watch Shop LC on my phone away from home?

Yes. Install the same player on your phone and sign in with the same details. A plan plays on one screen at a time as standard, and one order can cover up to 3 screens at once.

Can I watch Shop LC on a TV without a cable box?

Yes. Any device that runs an IPTV player will do: Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Apple TV, smart TVs from Samsung and LG, phones and computers. Roku is the odd one out because it can't install Android apps, so Roku owners usually mirror from a phone or add a streaming stick.

What internet speed does Shop LC need?

A 25 Mbps line handles one 4K stream comfortably; HD needs roughly 10 Mbps per screen. Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi keeps the picture steady when the rest of the house is online.

Can I restart a show on Shop LC that already began?

On channels that support catch-up, yes: open the guide, go back to the program and play it from the start. Catch-up reaches up to 7 days back.
