Watch CMT live on your TV, phone or laptop
Watching CMT live takes an Ultra 8K IPTV plan, a player app and a steady internet line. The channel is part of the plan; nothing in the lineup is sold channel by channel.
- No contract
- 7-day refund
- Login in ~60s
A music channel from the Paramount family, CMT is the place for music videos, award shows and concert specials. Activation runs over WhatsApp: order, pay, and the credentials follow in around 60 seconds. You pay once for the plan length you choose; nothing renews on its own, and you have 7 days to ask for a refund.
CMT at a glance
- Where to find it: the Music group in your channel list
- Network family: Paramount
- Picture: HD as standard, 4K on feeds where the broadcaster supplies it
- Guide: now-and-next listings from an EPG that covers about 99% of channels
- Catch-up: up to 7 days back where the channel supports it
- Price: part of every plan, from $10.42/month on the yearly option
From order to CMT in three steps
Order first: the WhatsApp message with your login comes back in roughly 60 seconds. Next, install a player on the screen you watch most. Then type in the server URL, username and password exactly as sent. The list loads in a minute or two, and CMT is a search away.
Getting more out of CMT
- Award-show nights pull big audiences, so open the channel before the broadcast starts.
- Run the TV audio through a soundbar or receiver; music channels are where better sound pays off.
- Music video blocks make good background TV for a party; favorites keep them one click away.
- Keep the player app updated; guide and playback fixes arrive through updates.
How it looks once you sign in
Once you sign in, the player sorts channels into groups. CMT sits under Music; typing the first few letters into search gets you there faster than scrolling. The guide row shows what's on now and what's next, and a long press on the channel (or the menu button, depending on the app) adds it to favorites.
More in Music
Same login, same group: MTV2, Stingray Hits, Revolt, and BET Her. Nothing in the Ultra 8K IPTV lineup is sold separately, so add whichever you like to favorites.
If CMT won't play
- Spinning wheel, then nothing: switch to another channel and back. If others play and CMT doesn't, refresh the playlist from the player settings.
- Sound but no picture: switch the player's decoder between hardware and software in its settings.
- Wrong program in the guide: check the device's time zone, then the EPG offset setting in the player.
