Player app
Purple Player, from install to first channel
Purple Player is a player, not a provider: think of it as the TV guide and remote, with Ultra 8K IPTV supplying the channels. It runs on Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, and Hisense VIDAA.
- No contract
- 7-day refund
- Login in ~60s

Sign-in type: MAC address activation, with the playlist added on the developer website. Send your order on WhatsApp and the connection details for your device come back in roughly 60 seconds. There's no contract and no card on file waiting to be charged again: plans are prepaid, with a 7-day refund window.
Purple Player in one minute
- Cost: paid; the developer charges for activation, separate from your IPTV plan
- Runs on: Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Hisense VIDAA, Amazon Fire OS, and Android
- Login type: MAC address activation, with the playlist added on the developer website
- Guide: reads XMLTV/EPG data from the provider
- Good match for: Fire TV Stick 4K Max and Fire TV Stick 4K
- Known for: a paid player for Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, and Hisense VIDAA that activates by MAC address
Connecting the app to your plan
Purple Player doesn't ask for a username on the TV. Open it and it shows a MAC address, often with a device key. Go to the Purple Player website, enter that MAC, and add your playlist there, either as an M3U link or as Xtream details.
Restart Purple Player on the TV and the playlist appears. The app's own activation fee is paid to its developer, separately from your IPTV plan.
Devices that run Purple Player
Each device has its own install route. Start with the one under your TV:
- Fire TV Stick 4K Max (Amazon Fire OS): install from the Amazon Appstore, or sideload with Downloader.
- Fire TV Stick 4K (Amazon Fire OS): install from the Amazon Appstore, or sideload with Downloader.
- Fire TV Stick (Amazon Fire OS): install from the Amazon Appstore, or sideload with Downloader.
- Fire TV Cube (Amazon Fire OS): install from the Amazon Appstore, or sideload with Downloader.
- Samsung Smart TV (Samsung Tizen): install from the Apps section of Samsung Smart Hub.
Settings worth changing
- Playlist name: give it a clear name on the website so you can tell playlists apart.
- Restart Purple Player after any change on the website; the TV app only reloads on start.
- Parental lock: set a PIN and lock adult categories before the kids find the remote.
- Hide groups: remove countries and categories you never watch to speed up scrolling.
Purple Player compared with IPTV Extreme Pro and SmartOne Pro IPTV
IPTV Extreme Pro is free, runs on 3 platforms and loads M3U playlists. SmartOne Pro IPTV is paid, runs on 5 platforms and activates by MAC. Purple Player, by comparison, is paid and covers 5 platforms. Many people keep two players installed and use whichever suits the evening.
